The Last Song
So yeah I switched books because well I guess I just didn't feel like reading about action and wanted some romance in my life. So now I am reading the Last Song and there is this girl, Ronnie, and her brother, Jonah. They live with their mom and are being sent to visit their father for the summer. Ronnie's little brother, Jonah, is a very talkative kid and is almost always happy it seems. Ronnie is the rebel child. Purple streak in her hair, black clothes, black nail polish, bad attitude, and her dad still thinks she is beautiful. Such a sweet dad, but Ronnie dislikes him. He apparently cheated on Ronnie's mother. O and by the way her dad is a famous pianist and Ronnie was like this amazing protogee or whatever :) but she quit after her father ruined the marriage. This is so sad. She hates her father and is so mean to her mother. The sad thing is, is that she doesn't realize how good she has it. She lives in New York, I think, :) somewhere on the east coast and she is spending the summer in a house on the beach front. I hope she gets a better attitude and the summer has romance in it. I believe it will since this book is suppose to be romantic after all. I can't wait to continue reading. :)

Don't worry Dani. There is lots of romance and heartbreak. I really loved this book and the movie wasn't bad either. I really hope you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteSounds like she is a goth and isn't this the movie with Miley Cyrus?? that alone would make me not want to read it lol
ReplyDeleteI loved this book! it actually made me cry. Yes, I know i'm a big baby, I love how Nicholas Sparks writes his book he has such great detail! And like always I absolutely hated the movie!
ReplyDeleteYeah, she does sound goth. I like the story how you've described it. Wouldn't you know, nobody realizes how good they've got it until its gone. Maybe Ronnie'll be lucky and find out before it gets that far
ReplyDeleteYeah i hope she learns soon cuz if she doesn't... she'll be in trouble. Sounds good. Hope u tell us more soon.
