Visual Literacy

My first picture represents boredom.  By the look of his face you can tell Dallas is very bored and doing absolutely nothing.

My second picture represents depression. I hate cleaning and every time I look at a mop I become very depressed.
This picture represents knowledge. Reading books, magazines, and newspapers gives people knowledge and helps people learn.
This picture represents life.  The young angel statue and the green tree behind it represent growth and the beginning and ending of life.
This picture represents danger.  The recent storms that have been popping up are very dangerous and have lead to many injuries.
This picture represents diversity.  Each egg, like people, is different and unique.
This picture represents gender.  Male and female deer for example and different and the antlers are a big hint to help decide if the deer is female or male.
This picture represents help.  Our cat, though younger, acts like she is the mother of our dog.  Anytime he is in trouble or gone she meows like crazy and paces letting everyone in our house know something is wrong.
This picture represents opportunity.  Iowa State University is giving me the opportunity to better myself at college next year.
This picture represents silence.  When the dog is in trouble and he knows it he is very silent.
